Are you aged 8 -19?

Bored with social media? Feel you need more exercise but can’t face going to the gym? Enjoy the company of like-minded older teenagers? Played pitch and putt with your family (and quite enjoyed it), or never held a golf club in your life?

If the answer to all (or at least some) of these questions is yes, then we might just have the answer for you at March Golf Club.

In 2018, March Golf Club launched a junior academy. This is aimed at younger golfers and many of our academy members have improved their games enough to start progressing onto the course itself.

Academy membership would be available for you and will include monthly group lessons with our resident PGA professional, assisted by enthusiastic volunteers from amongst the members.

Experience membership would give you full access to the practice facilities at March Golf Club. You would be able to benefit from, a full driving range, practice putting green, practice chipping green, practice bunker and a three-hole pitch and putt course. The club is also intending to raise sufficient money to fund a covered driving range in the near future. In short, everything you would need to learn the game and become a better golfer.

Intermediate membership for your age group offers full access to March Golf Club at a fraction of the price paid by adult members. A wonderful opportunity for you to learn and play a game which can be your hobby for the rest of your life.

So, if you don’t want your golfing experience to be like this:

and would prefer it to be like this:

then come and take advantage of these great opportunities.

So how much is this going to cost?

Academy membership will be £89 for the year and will include group lessons on a monthly basis.

Experience membership (which gives you full access to all practice facilities at the Club) is £49 for the year.

Intermediate membership allows you to play unlimited golf at the Club and would be ideal for someone who wants to become an active and regular golfer. You would also get unlimited use of the practice facilities and a handicap certificate allowing you to play in competitions and matches. This costs an unbelievable £99 for the year, starting from 1st April, and at less than £2 per week represents really good value for money.

Socially, you can enjoy a nicely-presented clubhouse and bar where you can purchase a range of liquid refreshments at member prices. Filled rolls are also generally available. The clubhouse is also open for social functions at various times where members and their family and friends will always be made welcome. Members who are 18+ can also book the clubhouse free of charge for their own social functions. Are you aged 16-19? Bored with social media? Feel you need more exercise but can’t face going to the gym?
